Tinis are not expected to sit still for the entire session or follow a strict outline. They can move freely and be creative while guided by the instructor!
This session will help children: - De-stress - Increase confidence - Improve mobility - Share kindness with themselves & others All while having fun!
Age group: 5-8 years
What to bring? Comfortable clothing and your tini’s own mat.
