Lauren Butcher, Founder of Mini Mindfuls and Co-Founder of YogaMagic, is an MBSR & MBCT Certified Mindfulness Coach who works with children and families to bring the joy of mindfulness to life. After having her first child in 2016, Lauren created the Mindful Mates subscription boxes, the first concept of its kind, to bring themes of mindfulness and social-emotional health - through play - into as many homes as possible.
