Inner child healing workshop - Introductory Session in Arabic
During 90 minutes we will dig deeply into connecting with our inner child and understanding it’s beautiful energy with practical exercises.We will go through a short but powerful guided breathwork and healing meditation session together ( get a picture of you as a child if possible).
