Conscious Parenting: What does it look like?

In this session she will talk about mindful and conscious parenting: what it is, how it is helpful, and empower you with the tools to get you started.

As the eldest of her siblings, Zainab grew up as a mama at heart and found her true passion after becoming a mama herself. She is a certified Emirati Conscious Parenting Coach, who started Mamas Learn, to support parents through their day to day struggles with a research-based approach that invites parents into breaking the cycle of traditional authoritative parenting.
